- Remaining balance, if any, must be paid at the time of check-in.
- We may require a security deposit where applicable.
- Accepted payment modes will be informed at the time of booking.
- Rooms are for residential stay only.
- Commercial filming, photoshoots, or events require prior written approval.
- Guests must comply with all instructions issued by property staff.
- Illegal activities, offensive conduct, or harassment of guests/staff.
- Tampering with safety systems, alarms, or surveillance equipment.
- Bringing hazardous or inflammable materials onto the premises.
While we take reasonable measures for guest safety, Pearl of Varanasi shall not be liable for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Injury caused due to guest negligence or misuse of facilities.
- Interruption of services due to factors beyond control.
Guests agree to:
- Respect property rules and other guests’ privacy.
- Maintain room cleanliness and avoid willful damage.
- Accurately report any damage or malfunction to staff.
The management reserves the right to evict, without refund, any guest:
- Violating terms and conditions.
- Creating nuisance or security concerns.
- Using false identity or engaging in unlawful behavior.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
