We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may attract charges up to full room tariff
  • In case of no-show, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued
  • Early departure is considered a cancellation.
  • No refund will be provided for unused nights after check-in.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway policies.

Promotional, discounted, or special-rate bookings may be marked non-refundable. Such reservations are not eligible for cancellation refunds unless explicitly stated.

In situations involving natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, refunds or date changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
